Memorial Parkway Subdivision Katy

Memorial Parkway Subdivision was built in the 1970’s and 1980’s and is an unincorporated neighborhood in Harris County Texas, in the east part of Katy.  It is operated by Memorial Parkway Homeowners Association.

Schools in that serve the Memorial Parkway subdivision are Memorial Parkway Elementary, Hayes Elementary, Memorial Parkway Junior High and James E. Taylor High School.

The neighborhood is under the jurisdiction of Harris County Precinct 4 and has additional security provided by Harris County Constables of Precint 5.

The neigborhood provides the use of two pools for its citizens; Highland Knolls Pool and Cimmaron Parkway Pool.

The neighborhood is situated near Cimarron Parkway, Westgreen Blvd, Mason Road and Highland Knolls Dr. and is south of Interstate 10 between West Grand Parkway South (99) and Fry Road.
